Kolleen at Direct Mortgage Loans was by our side for the entire journey, and she felt like family.
I found Kolleen on Google while emailing a bunch of different banks to get an idea of what I could afford. I asked everyone to communicate by email because phone calls would have been exhausting for me, and Kolleen was the only one who respected that. That told me right away she was the one to work with.
She walked me through all of my options and never made me feel rushed or confused. She also showed me exactly how to get my credit to where it needed to be, and I couldn’t have done that without her guidance. Our home search ended up taking a year and a half, and Kolleen stayed with us the whole time. She never lost patience, and she never made us feel like a bother.

I have used Kolleen on two house purchases, I can honestly say I wouldn't want to work with anyone else but Kolleen ! She is fantastic ! Always on the ball, super responsive, and always a pleasure to talk to. She 100% does everything she says she's going to do and the best part above all else is she is still there to help after the paperwork is signed.
